GLobal Dining Club

It was a great honor to receive the lead designer roll on this huge project. While this project was made a couple years ago it was huge turning point in my career where I was given an incredible amount of trust and free range on aesthetics. Something a young designer craves when in their initial years. The client wanted to start a professional blog site for the best restaurants and dining experiences in the world. I created this design that had percentage based content areas that would adapt to every device and platform. A navigation bar housing their social links and custom search that became fixed once it hit the top of the screen and a custom texture background that I made to resemble the finest silky tablecloth. Unfortunately this project requires a large department of employees internally with global food critics partnered with professional photographers for content creation. Hence the reason for watermarks, FPO Stamps and Lorem Ipsum. While the project never entered the development stage its designs continue to be held closely by our clients in hopes to find a suitable project for its reuse. Unfortunately I parted ways with from the company I was working for to ever see that day come true for the client.

The design presentation was a huge success and loved the website design the project ended up being shelved due to the large financial deal and need for an entire department of employees required to produce the imagery and content necessary and continue its updates occurring daily or weekly. This is the reason there are still watermarks on images, Lorem Ipsum text in content areas and FPO: Image tags on all the content and while the project never entered the development stage its designs continue to be held closely by our clients in hopes to find a suitable project for its reuse. Unfortunately I parted ways with from the company I was working for to ever see that day come true for the client.
